Maria Woodworth Etter

Maria WoodWorth Etter: Born 1844 in Lisbon, Ohio, She received Jesus at the age of thirteen. Hearing the call of God from that time on, and wanting to do the will of God. In her hope to meet someone to marry she went to school just maybe she would meet a missionary that would help her to fulfill the call of God. When receiving word her father had become deathly ill, later he died, she returned home to help support her family. Setting God's call aside she married a man by the name of P. H. Woodworth, a Civil War veteran.

Having six children, and still hearing the voice of the Lord calling, yet she did not know how she would fulfill this call of God to preach with so much responsibility. Later her heart was broken, disease and death coming to five of her children. Looking for comfort she would go to the Bible over and over looking for comfort. When all of a sudden….......

There is so much to share about this woman of God who later made great impact on earth and in heaven. As she stepped into the place the Lord had called her to be, with thousands coming to the saving grace of Jesus. You must get the book, you will weep and laugh and just feel the joy of the Lord.
