Is Homosexuality Okay?
Not just NO but ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Leviticus 18:22 says, “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.” There are some things to look at here. So many “Christians” today take the attitude that the person that is involved in homosexuality is an abomination. That is not true. The bible is saying that the act of homosexuality is an abomination, but the person that is a homosexual is a child of God that needs to be and wants to be loved.
But we are looking at the Old Testament. Many “Christians” will say that this verse doesn’t apply because we are not under the law, but under the new covenant, grace. So let’s look in the New Testament.

Romans 1:27 says, “Likewise also men leaving the natural use of the woman, burned with their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.”

1 Corinthians 6:9 says, “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom God.”

The New Testament makes it very clear. Just read it.

But there is hope. In 1 Corinthians 6:11 it says, “And such were some of you. But you were (Past tense) (parenthesis mine) washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.”

Yes, you can be freed! After about 25 years in the “gay” lifestyle, I was set free. What joy I found in Jesus.

Can I be Free of Homosexuality?
Yes you can.

How do I Get Free of Homosexuality?
The process is as easy as it is difficult. There are s everal steps.

1. You must Accept Jesus As Your Lord And Savior.
2. You need to find a Spirit Filled church to attend. Be there every time the doors are open. Talk to the pastor and let them know that you are leaving the “gay” lifestyle. Ask them if they know someone that can disciple (teach) you the ways of the Lord.
3. Get and read your bible daily. If you don’t understand something, ask the Holy Spirit to show you. The bible is the only book that you can read where the author sits with you to explain it. If you are still not getting it, ask the person that is discipling you.
4. If you are living with your lover, you have to move out. If you cannot afford to move out of your present place, you must move into a different room even if that means sleeping on the couch. But just don’t leave without explaining to your partner that you have made a decision to live in right standing with the Lord and not continue to live in this sinful lifestyle. But realize that that person who says they love you will bring someone in to replace you. You must stand strong and prepare to move out on your own.
5. You will have to get rid of anything and everything that reminds you of your past life. That means pictures, clothing, and furniture, all of it. This was a very difficult thing for me as I had some very special items that one of my lovers gave me and it was really hard to just throw them away.
