Prayer is the greatest key, to change any situation, no matter what may come to our lives, trials, sickness, or just everyday living. We must be a people of prayer. Prayer is the open door connecting you and the Father, your continual communicating with Him through prayer, brings you nearer to the very heartbeat of the Lord. Know we are nothing without the Lord, we can know for certain prayer is how the Lord reveals His will to our hearts.

People often asked me, Dr. Luauna, “Should I pray everyday?” I say, should you drink water everyday? Yes, your body is made out of mostly water. As Christians our whole life should be shaped out of God’s will. Like the water you drink everyday, Jesus said to the woman at the well, “I have water where you shall never thirst.” We must understand we are leaky vessels; we need to be filled continually with the Holy Spirit’s power through prayer. Prayer is like His living water. If we as Christians live each day without a life surrounded in prayer, then we will fill our souls with the spiritual water of this world. This in return will only leave us continually thirsty, empty, and dying inside from a Spiritual death. Jesus Himself told the woman at the well, in John 4:13 “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again,” verse 14, “But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water I shall give Him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

Proverbs 8:17: "I love those who love me, and those who seek me early will find me."

Isaiah 26:9: "With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early;"

Isaiah 56:7: "Even them I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on My altar; For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations,"

Commit to prayer, prayer will change your heart, your family, and even your nation! You can pray…! I desire for you to know how important you are to our Heavenly Father. Many people live under so much condemnation, things you have done in your past, and things you may be doing right now.

Prayer is the key to your freedom, when we call out to the Lord, He hears our cries! Over and over He heard the cries of the children of Israel. They seemed to always be in their flesh, full of unbelief and doubt, disobeying God’s commands. In disobeying God’s commands, it left them in VERY trying and hard places.

All through Exodus you find Moses pleading and praying to God, God is faithful to hear. Our Heavenly Father's number one desire is to help you to walk in peace, victory, joy, and complete health; I could go on and on. When you learn a life of prayer, you will bring everything to the Lord.

Psalm 18:1-3 I will love You, O LORD, my strength. 2 The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. 3 I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.
